Marlon has spent approximately two decades in the public safety field, including several years as a Police Sergeant, cultivating unparalleled skills in high-stakes environments, and navigating crisis. This foundational experience allows for extensive real-life knowledge that is transferrable to today's world.

National Impact and Communication Mastery

Marlon has conducted hundreds of law enforcement trainings nationwide, both in person and virtually, ranging from intimate small audiences to dynamic, large conference rooms. These trainings include: certifying thousands of law enforcement officers as TASER Instructors and usage, certifying instructors in body-worn camera and usage, digital evidence management software administration, implementation of training curriculums, among several other areas. This breadth of experience demonstrates a proven ability to engage, educate, and lead any group size.
